A complete signing loop

See the product before you sign in.

Four connected stages—from a document on your desk to evidence you can keep independently of Pactlyra.

Built

Turn a PDF into an agreement.

Upload the source, add recipients and place the fields they need. Pactlyra reads the page shape and freezes the exact version you send.

  • Signature, text, date and checkbox fields
  • Reusable templates and public forms
  • Cost shown before the send

Ten products. One execution graph.

Each product is a capability domain inside one platform — sharing one identity, one usage ledger, one evidence model. Not ten tools you have to reconcile. Five are built and five are being built, and each card says which, because a roadmap presented as a product is how a trial wastes somebody's afternoon.

Pactlyra Sign Built

E-signatures with ordered and conditional routing, mobile signing without an account, and a defensible evidence package.

Pactlyra Forms Built

Reusable templates published as a public web form, so somebody outside your company can start an agreement without an account.

Pactlyra Vault Built

Executed documents and evidence, exported to your own connected storage. Always a copy, never the only copy.

Pactlyra Verify Built

Identity assurance per recipient, starting with a one-time passcode. Higher tiers are next.

Pactlyra API Built

Every execution primitive has an API, with a sandbox, idempotency keys, signed webhooks and embedded signing.

Pactlyra PDF In build

Edit, convert, merge, compress and OCR. The everyday utility, free where it runs on your device.

Pactlyra Flow In build

Approvals and document workflows that survive restarts, retry safely, and never fail silently.

Pactlyra AI In build

Document understanding that proposes a plan — fields, routing, extraction — and waits for you to approve it.

Pactlyra Pay In build

Sign-and-pay. Collect the deposit or fee as part of execution, so the agreement completes with the money.

Pactlyra Enterprise In build

SSO, retention policy, legal hold, audit export, data residency — governance enforced as workflow.

Free where it runs on your device. Paid where we execute.

Start with a 7-day trial: up to five sends, with no card at signup. Evidence and verification stay free. On-device PDF tools remain in build; local work will be free.

On this device — in build

  • View, reorder, rotate, merge, split and extract pages
  • Add text, images, annotations, watermarks and your own signature
  • Fillable fields, local templates, local search
  • Redaction that actually removes content
  • Sign documents for your own records

Cloud execution — built

  • A 7-day trial with up to five sends; no card at signup
  • Signature envelopes with a durable, hash-chained event history
  • A one-time passcode per recipient, where you want the extra assurance
  • Hosted web forms and public signing links
  • Signed webhooks, a developer API and a sandbox
  • Evidence packages exported to your own storage, verifiable offline

You pay when you send and when you verify — and you see the cost before you commit to it. Every charge maps to an action you took. Automation, analysis and team governance are priced the same way and are not here yet. See what it costs.

Built for work across borders

One agreement experience, wherever business happens.

Pactlyra is web-based, responsive and designed for distributed teams and external signers. UTC evidence timestamps stay unambiguous while the customer experience can follow the reader’s language and text direction.

Browser firstNo desktop install for senders or signers. Mobile signingA focused flow that works on smaller screens. Portable evidenceVerification does not require a Pactlyra account. Regional contextGuidance distinguishes ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS without pretending they are the same.

What actually happens

A service agreement with an internal approval, start to finish. This is the journey that is built — not an illustration of one that is planned.

  1. Prepare. Upload the agreement and place the fields. It is hashed on the way in, and the version you send is frozen the moment you send it.
  2. Route. An internal approver, then the customer. The approver only has to look if the contract value is over your threshold — one rule, in words you can read back later.
  3. Confirm the cost. What this send will use, against your allowance and your spending limit, before anything is frozen or emailed.
  4. Execute. The approver reviews. The customer opens the link, enters a one-time passcode, consents, fills and signs on a phone — no account, no app, no JavaScript.
  5. Prove it. The agreement is sealed and hashed, the certificate of completion is generated, everyone who took part gets their own copy, and the evidence package lands in your own storage.
  6. Continue. A signed webhook tells your systems it completed. The package verifies offline, with a checker built into it, so nobody has to trust us to check it.

Built to be embedded

Every execution primitive has an API, because the UI is just one client of the platform. Documents, templates, envelopes, recipients, forms, workflows, webhooks and usage — with a sandbox, idempotency keys, signed events and embedded signing sessions.

Make your first API call

If a workflow can only be completed by hand in the web interface, the platform isn't finished.

How this actually works

Written from the system we built rather than from a summary of somebody else’s summary — including the parts where the honest answer is “it depends on your jurisdiction”.

Audit trails

What an electronic signature audit trail actually records, and the five questions to ask your current provider about theirs.

How signatures work

The mechanics end to end, with the parts that are cryptography separated from the parts that are just process.

ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS

What each framework asks of your software, and the difference between the three eIDAS tiers.

Verifying a document

Checking a completed agreement using only what is in the evidence package — no vendor, no account, no network.

Signing order

Sequential, parallel and conditional routing, and why a rule that is half explainable is not explainable.

Glossary

The words this industry uses — envelope, identity assurance, certificate of completion — defined plainly and without the marketing.

Pactlyra produces a detailed evidence record for every completed document — hashes, timestamps, authentication results and a certificate of completion. Electronic signature validity depends on your jurisdiction, the document type, and how the transaction is carried out; nothing here is legal advice.
