Workflow credits
Workflow credits are pooled across the workspace and accounted separately from signature sending. Signature requests do not consume workflow credits. Paid plans include fair-use unlimited signature sending with no per-envelope overage. AI purchases and AI credit use remain paused; this page does not promise an available AI or OCR workflow.

AI assistant — temporarily unavailable
AI purchases and credit use are paused. Included AI allowances are temporarily unavailable. Existing plans, subscriptions and credit balances are unchanged.
Credits do not expire for 24 months. Eligible workflow execution over an included allowance on a paid plan is billed at $0.49 a credit — the same as the smallest pack, so buying ahead is worth doing and going over is never a penalty.
What we do not charge for
- Anything that runs on your device. Editing, merging, filling, redacting and signing for your own records are free, and stay free. The boundary is where the work physically happens, not which features we felt like withholding.
- People who only sign. Recipients never need an account.
- Proving what was signed. Evidence packages, certificates of completion and verification are free on every plan. Charging somebody to prove a document they already hold would undercut the entire point.
Questions
Do I pay for people who only sign?
No. A signer never needs an account, a password or a seat — they open a link and sign. Seats are for the people who prepare and administer documents, and nothing else.
What happens when I use up my included credits?
Workflow credits are accounted separately. Eligible workflow usage beyond the included allowance is added to your next invoice at the credit-pack rate, subject to your spending limit. Signature requests do not consume workflow credits; paid signature sending is fair-use unlimited with no per-envelope overage.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
Team and Business start at one seat. Enterprise starts at 10 seats and remains directly purchasable; customers who need an MSA, security review or invoice terms can still talk to us.
Do credits expire?
Not for 24 months. Credits expiring quickly turns a usage model into a meter running, which is the thing a usage model is supposed to avoid.
Can I set a hard limit on what we spend?
Yes. Set a monthly cap for credit-billed workflow execution. Zero is a valid answer. Signature requests use their separate plan policy: five per UTC month on Free and fair-use unlimited on paid plans.
What do I keep if I stop paying?
Everything you have already executed. Your documents, your audit trails, your certificates and your evidence packages stay downloadable and verifiable — evidence is never behind a plan. The Free plan includes one user and five signature requests per UTC month.
Cancellation
Subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period; no refunds or credits, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles applicable tax through Managed Payments.
