Pactlyra is an electronic-signature platform: upload a PDF, route it to the people who must sign, and keep a certificate and evidence package anybody can verify. It is for teams that prepare and send agreements, and for developers who build signing into their own products. Signers never need an account.
What it does
- Sends PDFs for signature in a set order, with a one-time passcode per signer when you want one.
- Records a hash-chained event history and issues a certificate of completion for every signed document.
- Produces an evidence package that carries its own verifier, so it can be checked offline.
- On Business: public signing forms, an API with a sandbox, signed webhooks, embedded signing and export to your own storage.
Who it is for
Small teams and companies that send agreements and want sending that does not stop at a yearly envelope cap, and developers who need signing and evidence through an API.

- Free: 3 sends a month, one seat, no card.
- Team: $12.00 per seat a month billed annually, or $15.00 monthly, with 25 sends per seat a month.
- Business: $28.00 per seat a month billed annually, or $35.00 monthly, with 100 sends per seat a month.
- Enterprise: $49.00 per seat a month billed annually, or $59.00 monthly, from 10 seats.
