Pactlyra integrations
A focused integration roadmap built around the document lifecycle, with availability stated plainly.
An agreement rarely starts or ends in an e-signature application. It starts in a document, a deal or a customer record; it ends in a repository, an accounting system or a workflow. Pactlyra's integration strategy follows that lifecycle instead of collecting logos.
Available foundation
Pactlyra's REST API and embedded platform, sandbox workspace, signed webhooks and S3-compatible evidence export are built. Microsoft 365 delivers Pactlyra's own transactional email, but that is platform infrastructure—not yet a customer-facing Microsoft connector.
First wave — the ten practical ecosystems
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams for document creation, approvals,
notifications and executed-copy storage
- Google Workspace and Google Drive for Docs, Gmail, file import and automatic archival
- Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for agreements generated from CRM
records and status written back to the deal
- Stripe for payment-linked agreements
- Slack and Zapier for notification, approval and no-code automation
- Okta for enterprise SSO and lifecycle provisioning
Then — accounting, enterprise repositories and deeper automation
- QuickBooks Online and NetSuite for invoices, procurement and agreement-linked accounting
- Dropbox and Box for governed records
- Make for multi-step visual automation
Migration and interoperability
- DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign for migration and interoperability
The Integration Hub
The product goal is not a shelf of import buttons. It is one observable workflow across systems—for example: Salesforce opportunity → Pactlyra agreement → AI contract review → approval → signature → payment → signed PDF saved to SharePoint → Salesforce updated → Teams notification. Each step should have its own retry policy, idempotency key, permission scope, status and human remediation task.
The long-term target is 50+ native integrations on top of the universal REST API and webhook framework, with partners able to ship connectors without changing the signature core.
What “available” will mean
We will not mark a connector available because an OAuth button appeared. Availability means authorization, minimum permissions, token encryption, refresh and revocation handling, idempotent actions, retryable failures, an operational queue and an end-to-end test have all shipped. Until then it remains on the roadmap.
What is not built yet
The twenty named customer connectors above are not live today. Customers can integrate now through the API, signed webhooks and S3-compatible export. The first native connectors will be selected from the first wave with design partners, so the workflows are validated against real work rather than imagined in a catalogue.
